Social Hub collects the following information to provide its services:

  • Account credentials for connected social media platforms (stored encrypted in our database)
  • Content you create, including topics, source URLs, and generated posts
  • Authentication data (email, session tokens) managed by Supabase Auth
  • Usage data such as scheduling preferences and platform configurations

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and publish social media content on your behalf
  • To use configured source URLs as priority references during AI research
  • To research topics using AI-powered web search
  • To generate images for your social media posts
  • To schedule and automate post publishing

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

  • Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation and topic research
  • Google (Gemini) — AI image generation
  • Vercel — Application hosting and cron job execution
  • Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn — Content publishing via their respective APIs

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. Your platform credentials are sent only to their respective APIs for authentication and publishing.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security policies. Platform credentials are stored in a secured database column. We use service-role keys only for server-side operations (cron jobs, content generation). Media files are stored in Supabase Storage.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual posts, topics, sources, and media at any time through the application. Deleting your account removes all associated data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access all data stored about you
  • Delete your content and account
  • Disconnect any linked social media platform
  • Export your data

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
