1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Social Hub, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Social Hub is a social media automation tool that allows you to:

  • Connect and manage multiple social media accounts
  • Scrape content from configured source URLs
  • Research topics and generate AI-powered content
  • Generate images for social media posts
  • Schedule and automatically publish posts

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all content published through your account
  • You must comply with each connected platform's terms of service
  • You must not use the service to publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before approving it for publication
  • You must have the right to reference any source URLs you configure

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI (text and images) is provided as drafts for your review. Social Hub does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

5. Platform Credentials

You provide your social media platform credentials at your own risk. Social Hub stores credentials securely but is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials. You should use dedicated API keys with minimal permissions where possible.

6. Service Availability

Social Hub is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts may fail due to API rate limits, credential issues, or platform outages. Failed posts are retried automatically up to 3 times.

7. Limitation of Liability

Social Hub is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to: content published to your social media accounts, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or loss of data.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disabling all platforms and deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
